Return Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period to initiate the process. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
- In cases where a product is delivered damaged, Advanced Network Professionals will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please contact our customer service team and provide evidence of the damage to qualify for this exception.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is received and processed.
