Return Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period to initiate the process. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
  • In cases where a product is delivered damaged, Advanced Network Professionals will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please contact our customer service team and provide evidence of the damage to qualify for this exception.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is received and processed.
